As can be seen in the attached screenshot, our platform has password security rules, but we're missing 2 features that are common and can be seen in other platforms:

1. Mininum number of upper case characters.
   Example: password must have at least 2 upper case characters->
   

   Valid	Invalid
   d9$TpHs	d9$Tphs

   
   

2. Mininum number of lower case characters.
   Example: password must have at least 3 lower case characters
   

   Valid	Invalid
   d9$TpHs	D9$Tps

   
   

Please implement this one asap.
