Add functionality for selecting all rows

Instead of shift clicking to select all visible rows, it would be nice to be able to complete a full page edit by single clicking on a button (or right clicking on a row and selecting an option) to select all visible rows then pressing e on the keyboard.

The Support Full Page Update setting on the Deprecated Properties tab does not allow for all rows to be edited. I have this enabled on my page(s).

    Support Full Page Update

If checked, records on the Horizontal View of the page can be edited. If unchecked, editing for a record can only be performed on the Vertical View.

Full Page Edit is a page property on the deprecated tab. If you enable it, an Edit button will be added to the pane toolbar which will put all possible rows into edit.
