Error messages should properly render HTML code

When an error message appears, for example, during a failed Autogen action, the Message is a difficult-to-read mess. See attached for screenshot. If DSP were able to properly render HTML tags, these errors would look considerably cleaner. Taking this same code to a HTML renderer, the message is far clearer to read (also attached)
