Add bit indicator "CaseSensitive" to ztSystemTypeTableField in DSPCommon

Case Sensitivity is a fairly common field in a data dictionary. Knowing case sensitivity is useful.

I suggest the "CaseSensitive" field itself should be nullable as not all data dictionaries will provide this data.

I understand the thinking here, but case sensitivity is, generally a higher level collation attribute and applied either at the field, table or database level. Having said that, changing this field to be drop down of standard collations we can define might be the pivot to consider. I'll upvote this but recommend we consider a broader and more generic collation assignment/tag.
