Allow user to specify color for graphs and charts

The standard Graphs and Charts have some issues as far as the standard colors not really being easy to read. By allowing the user to specify the color for Pie Graphs and other charts, the user can ensure colors can be used that make the charts easier to read.

    This is an issue with the current component that we utilise within the product to display the charts and dashboards where configuration over this is not possible via the framework we currently have. We have integrated new dashboard capabilities into our Knowledge Tier which can pull data from the Stewardship Tier (DSP) and display with a lot more configuration available. If this is of interest we can arrange a follow up meeting and review the capabilities

    The ability to choose colors also helps consistency issues. For example, If you have a several charts and one has Material Data in Blue and Vendor in Yellow then the next chart displays Material Data in Yellow, it is confusing.
