Add ability to attach custom catalog to Transform

Transform uses a couple system catalogs that are not modifiable so the ability to attach a custom catalog would be helpful so that custom fields can be translated for business users that are reading reports, etc.

    Hello Eric - Thank you for submitting this idea. It's is already possible to assign a custom catalog to a standard DSP webapp. This can be done by navigating to Admin -> Customization -> WebApp Customisation. From here, you can press the 'Catalogs' button on the Transform WebApp. This will open a child window in which a custom catalog can be assigned.
