Add Description field to Append Utility Columns

Any teams using the Append Utility Columns would benefit from adding the Description field in here so that when the Columns are appended to your targets the Description is populated. This would help people understand what the appended columns are used for in the overall project.

    Hello Eric - thanks for the suggestion. I think this is a good suggestion. I will take this into consideration for future DSP releases.
