CTS - Add Priority field to "CTS Items" page

CTS would be enhanced by adding a priority field to the "CTS Items" page. Currently we have to create multiple packages to ensure things get created in the proper order. Would be easier if we could just set a priority on the Item page and have CTS move stuff in that priority.

    No current plans to improve CTS but agree with the concept and will move into backlog
