Functionality to lock\unlock Users

Hello,

during systems upgrade or maintenance weekends we had to prevent the login to DSP for most of the Users. What we did so far is to expire the Users via the field [User].ExpirationDate.

I believe it would be great to have a specific functionality to Lock/Unlock the Users via the DSP Admin panel with the option to choose which ones leave available.
