dspTrack - Maintain Task Grouping From mpp files

When importing mpp files into dspTrack the grouping tasks are created as an individual actionable task. A visual and dynamic way of preserving these groupings should be included in Track. When the mpp is re-exported from DSP these groupings are lost and shown as a generic task.

    I wrote this suggestion before I knew about psaTrack. This can be closed/removed.
