Conditional execution of Private or Public Event

When we call the public or private event as a business rule, there should be a way to specify the condition on which its executed.

I think, right now only way to do that is to create a background job for the event using a procedure and use conditions in the procedure.

    Prasad, we will consider this for a future release but unlikely to be in the H1 2019.
