Having a AI Chatbot for technical help

Chatbots becoming important part of each tool these days. A Chatbot in DSP can be used to

. User can search for the topics he has doubts and bot can search for the topic in Technical help/ BOA Insiders Community/ Product support site history etc and provide the user with links to them.

. Book appointments and reminds them for any tasks in DSP/outside dsp.

. We can use the bot to promote our product or product related latest updates etc.

    Thanks for posting this idea.  Agreed that chatbots are becoming more prevalent in software solutions today. We will pass this onto our Customer Success Team and Documentation team to see if this is something they are considering in the future.  On a similar topic we are moving to a hosted help system from 7.0 so that we can provide a richer help experience including videos, etc which will go some way to providing this additional capability you are talking about.  Once we have the hosted help framework linked into the DSP platform then the options above become available to implement.

    Good idea..i always faced problem to find relevant solution for my issue.
