The current setup for blackout days/times in dspCommon >Tools >Schedules is insufficient for client needs. Currently you are able to only blackout during the same day, and it does not support overnight blackouts. (i.e. - Blackout starting at 6pm monday -> 6am tuesday - no processing overnight)
