Add Server Name to Install.log file

Would be helpful to add the servername to the Install.log file , whether it's a field in the file or just appended to the name of the file, I think it would be helpful.

    We will add this into the backlog for development.  We will investigate whether an additional entry can be written into the install.log file rather than changing the name of the file.
