Copy User should also copy Target/Source access (Console) and Monitor

Copy User should also copy Target/Source access (in Console > Design) and Monitor and any other places we have security setup outside of what is defined in a Role.

    Thanks for the registration of the idea.  We agree that improvements around this topic need to be performed and will include these requirements into the User Management update that we have planned post 7.0 release.
