CTS should create tables

At the moment, tables can only be created via SQL - Script. the handling with a lot of tables makes it complex and unmanageable. It would be great, when there would be a CTS config item "SQL - Table", which can crawl table information..

If this wouldnt be an option, it would be great, when the "SQL - Script" could contain more than one SQL statement, so you can add all table at once.

    The ability to create tables via CTS has been a hot topic for a while and opinions are split as to whether or not to allow it.  However, I think we can at least allow multiple SQL statements in script to make it a bit easier to use.
