Notification on Background Queue Completion

It would be nice if there was some kind of notification (either email or Message) when a background job completes.

Not necessarily a workflow but maybe the Green Notification Message when a background job completes (with the Job Name and time elapsed?). Or maybe allow an event to be able to toggle notifications on completion or not.

In general, that is taken care of by the application using the job queue. In what instance specifically did you expect the notification? It would probably get out of hand if a workflow goes out for every single job.
