Link to page in 'full page Edit' mode

Customer would like the option to have a page open in 'Edit' mode, so that users have no need to click the page's Edit button after linking to the page.

    With the addition of "In-line Editing', currently scoped for DSP 7.0, this feature will no longer be relevant. Users will no longer have to click edit to open the records for modification.
