Database maintenance mode

Would it be possible to have a "maintenance mode" for registered Data Sources. Currently, if a database goes offline for maintenance, it effects users being able to use dspMigrate because the webSQLSys views referencing said database are not usable while it's offline. Would be nice if there was a button that said "Maintenance Mode" on the Data Source registration, and what you clicked it, it would rebuild the webSQLSys views , excluding the database that was in "maintenance mode"

When I say webSQLSys views, i mean the following views in the Cransoft database:

webSQLColumnSys

webSQLObjectSys
webSQLSys
webSQLTableColumnSys
