CranPort needs to support "WITH UR" clause

For DB2 legacy sources, the "WITH UR" clause must be added to the "Where clause override" field for tables in order to prevent locking of the tables.  CranPort currently does not support this statement, and we have to use SSIS packages.  This clause should be supported by CranPort as well.
