ChangedBy and ChangedOn should be reserved for interactive changes.  Add other fields for process changes.

Workflow, at least, and maybe other Cransoft processes, changes the Changed fields erasing the useful information of the user making the last change and replacing it with 'process'.

We should fix this with separate fields for User changes and Process changes.

'Process' is insufficient. ChangedBy should set more, perhaps the JobID or job name and also perhaps the rule type and location.
