Parameters Pages for all Applications

We are requesting that all Parameters pages  be in the same place for all applications.  We have noticed that Migrate Parameters page is the Migrate application, but upon further research we found that  Integrate Parameters is in Common Application.  We would like this to be changed for ease of use.
