Build System Type data using Source System, not the Cloud or local dg's/sdb's

While the Cloud is a useful resource for initially building out the System Type information, it would be nice to be able to use functionality existing within DSP to grab dictionary information from client SAP/non-SAP systems to build COMPLETE System Types.

It's a bit cumbersome to have to manually create procedures to populate missing SAP Check Table information for any tables not existing in the Cloud, considering that we setup source connections to pull dictionary information already (for use in Collect).

Regardless of the source system, it would be nice to be able to download all the dictionary information into System Types without having to download each-and-every-table into a local "dg" or "sdb" database and THEN importing this dictionary information into System Types from that local database.
