Feature Request: DSP - Clicking An Inactive Button Should Produce A Message Box Explaining Why The Button Is Inactive & Steps To Activate

Sometimes it is hard to tell if a button is inactive or just dysfunctional. I propose the default behavior for any inactive button would be to produce a message that explains why the button is inactive as well as the steps to activate the button.
