Error messages appear twice

When I get a time out on a request, I get the error message twice even though there is only one error.

The real fix is to provide a clear error message that tell me what I need to do to resolve the problem (Options are make the SQL more efficient, change the IE Server timeouts, change the webapp timeouts, change the page timeouts, change the event timeouts - Someone will have to vet and write the correct documentation to get this message.)
