A button should be added to the Webapp Pages vertical view that will show the status of audit for a table and allow turning on of auditing for that table.  A warning message should appear if that button affects any other pages.  This may not be possible with the new Audit Data Source ID.  An error message should be generated if the Audit datasource ID is any cransoft delivered database..  (A naming and use convention should be published for how to name the Audit Data Source and a policy about how it ought to be used.)
