Documentation - Install Manual

In reviewing and using the installation manual for 6.1, the following items have been identified for possible improvement

 

  1. Indicate where the licenses need to be obtained (Page 23, Note 3, In red. Upgrade Overview) (Page 20 of 38)
  2. Install a permanent License book mark goes to the incorrect place. (Page 23 Note 3
  3. Upgrade Overview section could be highlighted more at the top of the document (Page 4)  - In Red?  Larger font.
  4. Upgrade section should indicate which portions of the first pages need to be reviewed/verified  (Pages 4-9 don't seem to apply to an upgrade - except for the first sentence on page 4)
  5. Stopping of Services and bringing down IIS should be before Backups Begin.

    The Documentation team will review these issues and, if still relevant, will update the manuals.
