Collect - Must be able to select multiple items to do a refresh

Similar to other apps, the Build, Refresh and 'Build and Refresh buttons in Collect should be a page level button that allows launching of multiple jobs based on a filter.

 

Tables Page must be looked at (from Source)

Schedule Group page should have (Build and Refresh)

Target Source Tables (from Schedule Group)

 

Target Source Tables and Tables pages should be merged.  If there are different requirements for different groups, or different requirements based on menu path, that should be handled via DCV, UCV, or PCV
