Collect - Batch build jobs should 'continue' after failure

Update Table Status of tables properly on a failure

If a table fails, the next table should be attempted rather than failing         

If build package fails because source database can't be contacted, (login or connection) it should fail immediately  (Or if 10 failures in a row)

 

This problem is apparent in Build Schedule Group.
