I still struggle to embrace the new UI and I think my two main gripes are that the action buttons tend to be off the screen more often than not.

I recently saw a demo of a competing product and right off the bat their UI seemed better because:

1. Their action buttons were on the left

2. Their grid was more compact (closer to the cransoft gird)
