Collect  - Provide Warnings when a source datatype is not defined in the connection type

BOAUnited

Warnings should be generated any time that a data type in the source system does not exist in the target system.  The current default action is acceptable (making the column NVARCHAR with the length from the source system, but such warnings will allow users to understand if the default data type doesn't work for some reason.
