Collect - Target and Source pages should have dates and durations on horizontal view

Even though these processes are not done sequential, there should be a method on the Target and Source pages to show when Refresh was last pressed.  There should also be a status available showing an icon or status indicating if items in the tree are still processing or if there are any errors in the lower level.
