Collect - Target/Source Vertical View - Fetch Active Flag shouldn't be hidden

The ActivateFetchedTables flag should not be hidden by default on the vertical view.

There is another Related enhancement requests that asks for detailed instructions and policy concerning System Types (System Type Design Document)

Once the System Type design document is available, we could better know if the Fetch should be on the horizontal view of this page, or if the Activate flag should be defaulted to true
