All ideas are welcome. Just because the Idea doesn't make it into the product immediately does not make it a bad idea.
In DSP Common > User Management > Tools > vertical of any user. The Resend User Creation Email button is Disabled. We need to inform users if their account is created from this tool, without having to do it manually. We are looking for a way for the tool to at least send users an email that basically tells them the same information without password, with the url, so that its not manual.
When I asked BOA Support, this was their response. "This is disabled because you are using Windows Authentication. If you wanted to suggest a change in this functionality, this would be a feature request and would need to be submitted to Product Management."
Is there a way we can get this button enabled for Windows Authentication created users?
