Admin - Database Current Connections

I got the following error when clicking on Admin/Server Health/Database:Current Connections.

 

A friendly error message should be provided.  In addition, help should be provided explaining what security authorizations are required in order to do the required activity.

 

This likely applies to all of the pages under Server Health
