Requesting the ability to select a different Schema owner when the system types come from the Fetch Process.

Background:

It is frequent during a project engagement where the databases are mounted in Oracle that the DBA's create a specific schema to give us restricted access to their data. With the current settings to import the system types from a fetched environment, the schema owners different from the dbo hard coded are ignored in the process.
