dspFramework - All Jobs should have meaningful titles which indicate Application, Process, and key parameters

BOAUnited

A standard should be developed, and all jobs should be reconciled to the standard.  For instance,, the title or 'Run' is not adequate for proper understanding, tracking, or debugging of jobs.
