Integrate - BDC Files should default to creation using a name based on the QUERY and Script being exported

The Query being exported is usually much more important than the script being used as a script can be used with multiple queries.  The Query name should be included by default.  This may be as simple as defaulting in the BDC File name with QUERY_TEMPLATE.BDC if that column is blank.
