Integrate - BDC File Naming (and any other files that get created) should be numbered using three digit sequence numbers

When naming BDC Files, they should number using three digit sequences so that more than 10 files would sort correctly.

 

In addition, when each file is created, the file should be closed so that the times on the files reflect the actual completion time for that file.
