Collect - Advance View Builder - Properly set BOAStatus

BOAUnited

BOAStatus should be set with proper icons when BUILD is pressed.  Currently, the BOAStatus seems to only be set if the job aborts.

 

When Job is in queue, it should be hourglass, when running, it should be circle green, when successful, the tacked note, etc.
