DataSource page in Admin and the Data Source Registry in Common have many columns in common and should be considered for combining.  We should have one avenue for all columns related to Data Source.

The precise solution should be determined and evaluated with Tom Ghinder or other appropriate members of the Delivery team.

Business Case:  Having two places requires some duplicate entry and is confusing to consultants and the customer.  Collect can't be used without going to both places.
