Profiler EXECUTE button at the table level should be active with BOAStatus is new or dirty

When the status is new or dirty on a table in Profiler, the Execute button should still be active.

 

There may be an underlying bug as well - whenever a record is added to the profiler tables, boaStatus should be set properly.
