Referential integrity validations required when DataServices ID is removed

Validations should be peformed in various places to ensure integrity for DataServices ID.  The error mentioned in this discussion should have been caught either when deleting the ID, whenever ANY data services ID is changed or used - http://customer.boaunited.com/thread/5011
