Ability for DSP User to move, hide and manually adjust width of columns on a DSP page.

There are many times when a user would like to adjust the order of the columns on a DSP Page to push their most relevant columns first or to hide columns that they rarely use and do not need to see. With the extra space, the user could adjust the width of any column to present the data in cleaner and more relevant way. This would benefit all DSP Users of all delivered and custom applications.
