If you remove Org Unit values and try to clean them up in the 'Category Org Units for Position' page, you have to click the 'Refresh Values' button to clean them up in the drill down pages, but then you also have to click the 'Include all Org Units' button to clean the counts on the buttons for the drill down pages.

I feel like either one button should do both pieces or the same table should be used in both places so they stay in sync.
