Remove ScenarioID from generated Validation on "Create Required Column Validation for all Columns" and "Create Validation Views"

Remove ScenarioID from generated Validation on "Create Required Column Validation for all Columns" and "Create Validation Views". Otherwise, the ScenarioID is shown as a GUID to the end user. Manual workaround is to remove it from the Val views.
