Validate & PreFinish Events on Content Pages as Toolbar View buttons should execute inherit val popup. Currently, this functionality only works if you use Toolbar buttons from a Hor or Vertical view. This is not ideal since Toolbar buttons from a Hor or Vertical View are not enabled when the Task page has 0 records displayed. If they are Toolbar View buttons they remain enabled even if a page has 0 records displayed.
