All ideas are welcome. Just because the Idea doesn't make it into the product immediately does not make it a bad idea.
There is need to have the ability to approve MDM (dspConduct) tasks such as a review and approve from an email. Currently the email arrives at an approver with a hyperlink "Workflow Link" to go back to the SST page to perform an action such as APPROVE|REJECT. (see attachment)

A barrier to this is the current email receiver technology used by Syniti being POP3 which is legacy and one which our company enterprise architects are likely to endorse.
Further, this concept would enable better integration with mobile devices.

This can be done today with the email polling and HTML in a custom workflow message. Please have your Syniti Account Team contact the Product COE or the Global head of MDM to get the information on how. The POP3 however would be a barrier. Should this request be for enhancing the email to support a email technology that you do endorse?
