All ideas are welcome. Just because the Idea doesn't make it into the product immediately does not make it a bad idea.
A LOT of users often have shared mailboxes and SMTP is not always reliable.
It would be useful to have a way to look at all emails sent by DSP, workflow log works wonders, but using only email address to identify users is not the most efficient way (because of the shared mailbox thing)

While in field implementations have leveraged group email addresses for notification in workflow, using group email address and assigning them to userID's is not recommended or supported by the DSP. Feel free to change this idea or create a new one to support the use of group email addresses. Will consider this when we rollout our improvements to Identify access management and overall security and user management.
